My work is focusing on creating transformation processes within the public sector. 社会 and 经济影响 is a transversal service in Ramboll. It is an important task to make it obvious for our current and future clients that Ramboll Management Consulting is second to none in this field of expertise.
除此之外, I will also be working on a concept that focuses on how we go to market with an approach that is centered around client’s needs. When doing this I will be drawing on work and research from my former job.
What made you want to join Ramboll Management Consulting?
诚实, 起初, I was very much in doubt about my shift to Ramboll and my decision wasn’t taken overnight. But an interview with the hiring manager made the difference. Instantly he understood that saying yes to a new job and challenge is a matter of trust for me.
Through an open and honest dialogue about the connection between Ramboll’s overall vision on sustainable solutions and some considerations about my potential role and tasks in relation to it – it became clear to me - and him - that there was an obvious match.
What is the most significant professional experience you have had so far?
In 2018 I wrote the book “Virksomhedssamarbejde i beskæftigelsesindsatsen” (Business cooperation in 就业 activities) which is an educational book used at several higher educations and Diploma Interdisciplinary of Employment. The book is based on a lot of interviews with private companies and is of course both methodologically and theoretically founded. However, it has been important for me to make it very practice-oriented.
写作过程令人兴奋, educational and frustrating but it was all worth the effort as the book has been well recieved. At the moment it is used as the academic foundation for competency development programs in several municipalities. 看到所有的努力突然有了回报, and at the same time creates value in practice is the most significant professional experience I have ever had.

What is the most exciting development within your field of work?
I see an increasing desire and need to prove impacts of public sector initiatives. 同时, I experience that from a political point of view there is a better understanding that it requires sustained leadership involvement, coordination and facilitation to get the initiatives implemented.
This is the foundation for some entirely different and more strategic dialogues than we had just a few year ago. This I believe will cater for better and more sustainable public sector solutions and I find this very exciting to work with and further strengthen.
How are you planning on bringing this to our clients?
I believe it is about trust and showing integrity and results if we as consultants want to become a part of the core business and advise, 激发并创造改变.
To make changes happen it sometimes requires presenting people to things they do not necessarily like. Because of that, I always work on two tracks in collaboration with our clients. I do so to set myself in a position where I can be close to their business; Track one is about building a good relationship and track two is entering and exiting different professional roles, 这取决于客户的需求.
什么或谁是你最好的灵感来源?
我有几个灵感来源, one is Katja Iversen who is the business manager in “Women Deliver” - a company that works to increase investments within equality, 妇女权利和健康. She has worked her way up the ladder and is one of the world’s most powerful people. What inspires me about Katja Iversen is her background; she grew up in the humble, 丹麦西部, now lives in New York and has worked very hard to be in a position where she influences the world with her visions and ideas.
此外, I'm inspired by the way Steve Jobs was able to manage the stage when presenting and also his abilities within communication stand out as something special to me.
